The Intimacy Project

Intimacy is a practice. True connection isn't something we find; it is something we intentionally create.

About the Intimacy Project

Relationships don't thrive because two people are perfectly matched. They thrive because people learn, repair, grow, and choose one another again and again.

At The Intimacy Project, I help individuals and couples understand the patterns shaping their relationships so they can create deeper connection, greater emotional safety, and more fulfilling intimacy.

We don't enter relationships as blank slates. We bring our histories, families, cultures, identities, nervous systems, hopes, fears, and expectations with us. Understanding those influences isn't about assigning blame, it's about creating more choice.
